Congratulations to Dr. Agnes Molnar, who joined Collas Crill as a partner in the Cayman Islands, where she leads the firm's fund finance and private credit offering.

Agnes advises sponsors, asset managers and their financiers on private capital liquidity solutions across the life of a fund, from subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities to GP and management fee financings, preferred equity, CFOs and rated note feeders, together with private credit and structured credit.

She has more than 20 years' legal experience, including seven as a partner in the Cayman Islands. Agnes is an International Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers and a member of the Fund Finance Association, Women in Fund Finance and the American Bar Association's Fund Finance Subcommittee. She regularly publishes thought leadership on fund finance and private credit.
